im certainly very grateful for the wealth of knowledge you guys have

Ironically, they are probably the ones who are selling them at these kinds of prices....that's usually the way it goes...lol.
Mad at having to buy expensive...but happy at being able to sell expensive...lol

I should run a set through the 3D printer for $25 and paint them black...its not like 95% of these ever seen any use or are probably even touched.

All Good

Re: CL NOS 72 only tow hooks

I think I fall somewhere between the old timer and the old fart but not yet and old geezer !!!! "LOL"

1978 or so was my first introduction to these trucks and I've owned one ever since so I'm no spring chicken ! "LOL"

We have been building these trucks since they were new ! Not just since they're the latest fad.Just keep cutting them up those frames dropping them on the ground and sticking 500 hp into a stock 50 year old frame and tossing the original parts away so our OLD TIMERS stock trucks will turn into gold faster !

Re: CL NOS 72 only tow hooks

The extreme bend 72 only hooks are like finding hens teeth. Thus the prices, mine are getting the nuts tack welded. If I didn't use 'em I would get them gold plated. ...lol

Re: CL NOS 72 only tow hooks

Yeah, I paid about $350 for my 72 only hooks and sold my 69-72 hooks for about $320 several yrs back. I thought they were expensive then, but it was a good deal by today’s prices !

I'll probably tac-weld the nuts on mine also ! "LOL"
