Re: Bed Fill Gas Cap Pics ????

Might not be what you're looking for but we relocated the tank on my dads truck and he used the stock fuel filler location. Just ran a line from the cab back to the tank. Here are a couple pics

Thanks for that. I like your setup, it leaves most of the bed usable. Does yours have a vent line going up close to the filler.?

My tank has a rollover vent installed on the top. That seems to allow enough air into the tank when it's filling.

It's not a fleetside, but here's what I did on my stepside. Motorcycle pop-up cap on a filler coming out side of Blazer tank and up to fender. Bending pipe or adding elbows can place it anywhere you want.

Mine is pop up as well. When it is closed, you can barely see it

Re: Bed Fill Gas Cap Pics ????

Excited to finish mine, so I'll post it. I don't know how you guys were able to make a 90* turn unless you went parallel with the bed first and then turned. I had to use a 3.5" pipe to fill in where the 2" filler ran. But it doesn't intrude at all, still put sheets of wood in and my ATV. Also drilled and tapped the housing for a vent to aid during filling. All connects to a Byod side fill EFI tank.

EDIT: it will all get LineX'ed when I'm ready, so it should blend into the bed nicely

Using a side fill Blazer Tank. This is how we're doing our filler.

Re: Bed Fill Gas Cap Pics ????

I saw this one at Carlisle a few weeks ago. Its a clean look but I'm guessing this wouldn't work very well on a lowered truck.

I like the way you think! The first pic shows how I went through the bed cross rail. The finished product was slightly different, but you get the idea. Sorry the pics somehow got rotated.
