Couple things on the windshield. Factory installation shows using the butyl sealant at the corners as suggested. If your windshield is aftermarket (all replacements are) It is probably thinner than the stock windshield. A stock gasket and from what I understand all replacement gaskets are made to accept stock thickness glass, so sealing problems can occur.
