When I got my truck one of the most appealing things was it was mostly unmolested. Except for the install of this seat, but it was done the usual way as they threw it in, used 1 original bolt hole and drilled the rest in the floor. It wasn't even centered in the truck.

The truck had sat in a barn for 13-14 years before I bought it and had the usual rodent houses, and such. Since I didn't think I had much to lose, I soaked it down with Super Clean, turned my pressure washer down to its lowest setting and washed until the water ran clear. Sucked as much water out with my shop vac as I could and sat it in the 90 degree Arkansas sun.

I was so happy with it I decided to keep it and got some heavy steel to make some brackets that use the factory mounting holes. You can sort of see one in the photo here. I have since changed to factory, black mounting bolts. Oh yeah, and replaced the windshield - which was a whole other project.
