Thumbs up Re: Fix the '66: Build Thread

Awesome job so far, keep the pictures coming. we built a 63 short fleet 4x4 for my nephew 20 or so years ago, i found a factory short 4x4 frame and built it up from there, disc front, 12 bolt rear, power steering and brakes, sm465/205 combo. we had it ready to go and he drove his 2wd up friday after work and we swapped his body over to the 4x4 frame , trailered down to my shop and i put dual exhaust on it for him and he drove it home sunday night-- it was a long busy weekend.

That is impressive! This truck is requiring more work than I had hoped, but I will keep chugging away at it. Once it runs on the new engine, I still need to do driveshafts, brakes, tires, and clean up wiring. Realistically, I am 6+ months away from it driving.
