I believe that the HD three on the tree is the Muncie. For my '70 C10 with a 350, the HD Muncie three was standard.
The Muncie also has a drain bolt at the front driver side near the bellhousing (at least mine does). The Saginaw does not, supposedly one can remove the lowest tailhousing bolt as the drain for it.
