I gutted a factory AM radio and installed an amazon bluetooth module in it for about $10.

It was pretty easy to do, the factory volume knob controls the on/off for the module and the volume. The tuning knob does nothing but it still moves the tuning needle (as do the push buttons, they're just for looks now)

This is the module I used, looks like the price has gone up a bit in the last few months https://a.co/d/aeCnpV6 and I just connected the factory volume knob shaft to the shaft on the module with a coupler. I'll look for pictures but I lost a bunch of them recently.
