Re: 1969 C10 Project “Nosejob”

Winters here, I tried sellin this thing but had absolutely zero interest so I guess we’re gonna rip it apart again… here’s one last shot to remember it by before the tear down begins.

Curious on if the asking price was an issue because it's a decent looking truck... What was it listed for?
And, did the rear end ever get an update?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Re: 1969 C10 Project “Nosejob”

I have not updated the rear yet, I got everything to do a posi and some maintenance on it just haven't gotten around to it yet. Add it to the list for this winter haha.

Had it listed for 25K which I thought was fair, it needs some rust repair here and there (inner rockers and cab corners are pretty crusty) but its a killer driver as is. I don't know maybe I just had it priced incorrectly, the lack of interest in it was kinda wild to be honest. I didn't even get many of those funny/horrendous marketplace offers like you usually do when trying to sell anything on there

I surprised that you had no interest. I sell a lot of things on FB Marketplace and it's a crazy place. An item will sit forever, and then all of a sudden I will get inundated with inquiries.

Nice progress on the truck. I'm gathering parts and pieces for some upgrades on the 69 this winter.
