Sounds like a pretty stout set-up. Hmmm, 1.44 60ft. times . . .Does it feel good on take-off?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Don't know-not been to track-but feels strong on the street.

Red , I go to Houston raceway park and Lonestar raceway (1/8 mile track). I can't go back to Houston until I install a roll bar so I have been running 1/8 mile until I decide if I want to put a cage in the truck. I may be going to the Rivercity raceway in San Antonio soon to try and get a 9. sec slip. Rivercity I hear is a real good track so hope the 9 sec slip will happen. Believe I have a little more in the truck. Will let you know when we go so maybe you or other board guys could meet up there.

As far as the mounts go I use the stock BB frame brackets w/poly motor mounts, also have a torque strap to the frame.

My truck's times are probably measured in furlongs per fortnight rather than the usual mph

250/350 with 1bbl and 1 wheel drive. Wanna race?

Kenneth

BTW, My truck is as fast as ANY of you hotrodders out there if we push them both out the back of a C130 at 40,000 feet.
