To brill a big hole, I would start with a small bit and work your way up to the big one. Where are you all buying bits for your brills? I have found drill bits, but can't seem to find any brill bits, without it my brill is useless.

Since non of my hand brills would hold up, once I took my little brill press and clamped it to a jack sideways and brilled a frame that way.

.... coworkers are looking at me funny now... since I can't stop laughing....

This is'nt new I've always called them brills,mines a Craftsman cordless brill with a cordless bright that was free,had extra brill dits. I even got a titanuim brill dit that will brill though any thing. Man all this talk about brillin' think I'll go brill awhile then check with with my dright bright. BRILL BRILL BIRLL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

weasal i know what your talking adout sometimes when i get really horney or mayde just lonely i go out and brill, i brill and brill till my dits are bull as s h i t and then i get out my dfd(dig f uc ki ng dits) and i brill with those. in fact im gonna go brill right now thanx for all your help doarb
