The Dana 44 front axle in your thuck should have 3.07 gears. That was standard with a "71" K-10 350 motor truck. To match them gears use a Dana 61 rear,they come in semi or full float. I got one out in the garage that I`m putting under a "72" K-10 chassis to 8 lug and match the 3.07 gears in the front.

I have a set of Dana 44 3/4 ton hubs that I will sell you, they should bolt right up and give you 8 lugs, all you should need is the backing plate, rotors, calipers and pads... let me know.
