Re: Legit Question. . . .WHY?!?!?!?

If you gotta take it to work, just park it upside down and everybody'll think it's an S-10.

Re: Legit Question. . . .WHY?!?!?!?

You ought to check out one-finger wave site with people giving the one-finger wave to the H2...mostly while driving.

Re: Legit Question. . . .WHY?!?!?!?

I figure anyone who has a Hummer has never ridden in one in the military. I could say more, but this isn't the 'shop talk' section.

I have spent more time than i care to recollect in one of those.

I also have a "cool guy" friend. The type who wears square toe shoes and hair gel --- he and his girlfriend went in together on an H3.
He namedrops it like a b---tch too -- its funny to me

i'll call and say -- Whats goin on dude?

"Oh, just cruisin the Hummer" or -- "Just got back from the lake in T-H-E Hmmer braaaa." or --- "Yeah, me and -------- are takin T-H-E Hummer out this weekend"

I laugh hysterically inside --- I am from the OKC area too, so my friend may have BCB's parents old one for all i know.

People's vanity makes me laugh ----- whereas i would be slightly embarrassed to drive a Hummer that is not camouflage with an M2 Browning mount , other people celebrate it and look down their noses at me in my vintage pickup ("when are you gonna get a real truck?" -- i heard this last week ---- i just said - when i can afford it -- although my '06 F150 sits in the driveway at home waiting, i don't feel like explaining why i love old trucks to people all the time)

Re: Legit Question. . . .WHY?!?!?!?

but I don't get this "look at me" syndrome - there isn't much to look at in my opinion! An overgrown suburban or colorado is all. Plus, they are EVERYWHERE! Now if you had a Ferrari FXX or something of that pedigree, THEN you have my attention!
