Re: Parchment Interior Pix
My original black wheel was in excellent shape until about 2 years ago. It developed one single crack right in the center of the top of the wheel. Made me sick. My truck is parchment interior with a black wheel and column.

Re: Parchment Interior Pix
here's a few parchment interiors - all are of the "custom cloth" variety, associated with the Cheyenne Super - except the last one, houndstooth was never offered on buckets from the factory, but it's a very poplular upgrade in seat covers these days.

Re: Parchment Interior Pix
I have a 1972 with original ochre color exterioir (gold) It has the parchment interior. The steering wheel is a grant and not original, but the column and dash pad are a nuetral gray/ beige color. I would love to know what the wheel looked like! Anyone have that color combo?? E J

Re: Parchment Interior Pix
Yours should look like post 7, pic 1 - tan(ish) wheel that matches the dash pad.
Note - tilt columns are black and so were the wheels attached to them. |

Re: Parchment Interior Pix
What I didn't see in the thread was a sandalwood rubber floor mat.
My parchment interior has black column and wheel (tilt) with sandalwood dash pad, defroster vents and floor mat.

Re: Parchment Interior Pix
Some pics of my sandalwood mats and door panels in my 1972 K20 Custom Deluxe Carryall. If anyone has some dirty yellow panels I would recommend Mr Clean Magic Eraser to bring them back to whitish.

Re: Parchment Interior Pix
Some pics of the original seat cover on the third seat and the "4th" panel and middle mat before cleaning.
Still in search of a nice drivers quality sandalwood dash pad and steering wheel for this daily driver. |

Re: Parchment Interior Pix
One more question, which is the correct window crank and lock handle position for 1972? My window winders were in all different locations as were the lock levers.
I put the rear window cranks in a vertical position with the window closed and the door lock handle in a horizontal position but not sure what is correct. Thanks |

Re: Parchment Interior Pix
I'm pretty sure LMC has the steering wheel in this color.
The color options in the magazine are black, dark blue, blue, green, and brown. |
