yup that's the one i got not the same adapter but same unit.

so i put a new cap and rotor on (def needed it will post pics after) re set everything and STILL no spark. coil is new and the only thing left if the modual so im ordering it today so its in tomorrow

any thoughts?

You have 12volts at the BAT terminal?

When you replace the module be absolutely sure to cover the mounting pad with heat-sink grease.

You should check the fuse on the BAT feed wire. Thats probly the best place to start before replacing stuff.

Is this distributor computer controlled?

What did the dummy light sender look like? Single wire?

yeah the dummy light sender was just a single wire unit. and no its not computer controlled (at least i don't think so and i have had the cab completely gutted and never seen anything.)

new module is in and shes purring like a kitten! now after all this fun stuff..... my oil press guage is still pegged wide open

and my temp guage goes from 0 to 240 after the truck warms up and i know for a fact its not that hot.....
