Justin, still stuggling with setting the ride height. Ive got my rear suspension mocked up with a tci spring kit that supposedly is 3" drop over stock. In addition I currently have the rear mocked up with 3" blocks. So net 6" drop in the rear. (block height subject to change depending on front ride height.)

My crossmember instructions say to install it level front to back and side to side with the frame sitting at ride height. Anti dive is built in.

Ive got my frame rails boxed and ready for fitment of my crossmember, but have no way of knowing where ride height will up front with the addition of my ifs. My tire height will be the same front to back, so that wont play into my calculations.

My assumption is that the angle the frame sits at will change very little as the front frame height moves up or down an inch. But i still need to be in the ballpark.

On our Scotts standard ifs like you have for your truck.There is a notch in our crossmember as you can see in the pic above.Your bottom of your frame rail will sit on top of the notch on our crossmember.We have a 3 inch drop built into our crossmember.
You will notice the top a-arm tower on our crossmember.You can see the 3.5 degrees of anti-diive built into the tower.

When you have this in place the front of your truck will be down 3-4 inches from stock ride height.You have stock spindals with your kit.With our dropped spindals on your truck.Your front bumper will be 3 inches off the ground.

When you install our crossmember make sure it is level on top of the crossmember when you have it in place.

I'm tied up this morning and cant call.

I understand all that you are saying. My question is what height to set the front of my frame (on jack stands) when leveling the crossmember front to back. For example, the higher the jackstands the more the cross member will need to be tilted forward to sit level.

As your saying 3-4" of drop over stock, i can look at the assembly manual and guesstimate from there. Front bumper height is ultimately going to change based on tire height though.

You can see the bottom part of the notch is straight this needs to sit flat against the bottom of the frame on your truck.The frame can be up in the air or level the crossmember is going to go in one way.This will drop down the truck 3-4 inches.We have the ride height built into the crossmember already

So a couple weeks have gone by. I have made some progress and found some answers, so i thought i would go ahead a pass them along for anyone it might help in the future.

Spoke with Jeff at scotts hot rods and he helped with me being able to determine where my ride height will be. The scotts ifs is designed so that the lower control arms are level at ride height. With some mock up i was able to set my frame at ride height. This was an important step, so that i could level the ifs cross member front to back at my intended stance. About 3/16ths needed to come out of the back side of notch to alow the crossmember to fit snug when level. No big deal there.

Here is are couple pictures that show the 1/8" plates i need to add in between my frame and the cross member notches. Justin explained to me that many of the AD frames have quite a bit of variation from one frame to the next. I chose to weld them to the crossmember instead of the frame. That way i could rotate the crossmember around to avoid having to run verticle beads which arent my strength.

Spent quite a bit of time with fitment, leveling etc and got her tacked in good! Then spent some time with assembly. This will all come back apart down to the bare frame for finish welding and paint at some point in the future.
