I am planning on pulling the cab off so I will cut under that cab. If I wasnt pulling the cab I would then cut right behind it.

Made some seat brackets to lower my bench about 2 inches. It uses all the same bolt holes so if you ever want to go back to the stock brackets its no problem. I kept the bench with a good rake to it still so its nice and comfortable.

Frame cut, fishplate added to the back. Then frame sandblasted.

Tearing down the 402 to freshen it up. Nothing crazy here, just want decent power and reliable. I want to make this truck as close to a daily driver as possible.

Ive been busy but still plugging away. Engine rebuilt, transmission painted....both installed. Epoxy primered the cab.

Back in the day we de-chromed them and now we put the two tone paint and trim back on. Don't know what we were thinking back then.

It is always best to work on our own projects. Enjoy the journey.

Think about starting a build thread for it.
