I just erased my initial (harsh but honest) reaction to this post and toning this way down out of fear of liability/retaliation, legal or otherwise.
From years of seeing packages come in to the facilities I worked at, my perception of service, from best to worst, is FedEx, USPS, UPS. If I order or ship something other than an anvil I do so with this rating in mind. I am in no way affiliated with any of these concerns. |

Never did hear back from the seller. Ebay processed a full refund, and I left a bad review.
I won't give the guy's user ID, but he features a somewhat large assortment of automotive collectibles, and he's a fan of Chevy.
