trucks are hard to find in this condition. true enough... here in AZ we find trucks in better condition... in running condition.... for less. so yea pretty hard to find one in that condition for that price. the paint or what ever it is is pretty thick on the underside and frame. for that price I would expect it to be slathered on pretty thick on those rear bumper bolts too. offer him 1200. or walk

Sure I'm not the first to suggest you check the SPID and tags etc....assuming there is any. Seen worse frames. Rust and pitting doesn't look that bad. Course the windows/cowl/cab may be another story. If that's a real short bed, and from this angle it looks right.........I'd buy it for 3,500 no problem. 3 even better.
