Good to hear you passed! I failed a test a few times before, and I know the feeling of it hanging over your head until you get it to pass, then it's like a weight off your chest.

That Lucas Oil is magic in a bottle! The smog place that suggested the Lucas is in Oroville, CA...An Honest Smog. They are great people.

Yavapai County - and some others - are exempt. Maricopa and Pima are required, and maybe Coconino.
