Thanks. Im using a urethane basecoat with a 5 star classic clear. I ordered it off the internet from paintforcars.com. Im using a sharpe finex FX3000 gun.

Here is a pic of what the bed floor is going to look like. satin black painted boards with a charcoal painted strip. the strips will match the wheels I bought.

today I got some white on the cab, and the molding fitted. Hope to get the bed set on tomorrow.

well I have got the bed set on, and the lights wired. still have to tidy up the wiring. hoping to paint the hood tomorrow.

slowly but surely im getting there. still lots to do, but this weekend I took it for a drive for the first time. drove it about 15 miles with no problems. now just got to get it finished.

close to being done, but are we ever done? Orielly auto parts loaned me their crimper for the a/c hoses. And I bought a new set of gauges and vacuum pump to get the vintage air finished.

I got my bed boards fitted, painted and installed. also got the rest of the side trim installed. I still have to get the tailgate painted and a new back bumper, but I have been able to drive it and enjoy it a little this weekend. getting lots of waves and thumbs up.
