Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window
Here are the pics I promised. Everything has been gone over again with bondo and sanded since I want the body to be lazer straight. This is getting old.....but the final product will be well worth it. Scuffed the bed with 180 grit, and the hood needed to go down to metal since the old paint on it looked like a roadmap of Texas. here are the pics.

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window
Have to throw a pic up of my buddy's car. We are building both vehicles in his shop.....and he did give me the truck, so I gotta throw this out for him.

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window
No. We have been using a bodyman that worked in a hot rod shop and he is helping us with the body and paint, etc. He gives us great pointers and shows us how and what to do, but he shot the paint.

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window
I would love to practice on your truck! Not to good at it yet, but I will get the hang of it! My bodyman wants me to do his Hog and he will work a day for free......he's brave.

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window
Alright, sanding for the first round is done! After bondo and sanding the primer went on with a mist of black paint. Started the first round of longboarding on the cab this weekend also. If you are thinkin about doing this yourself.......don't! Get professional help!! A bodyman, a shrink, and a second job to pay the bodyman and the shrink!!! You'd have to be crazy to WANT to be a bodyman or a shrink for that matter.
