Thanks for all the compliments! I will as soon as I get the core support back from the powder coater. Should be early next week. The sheet metal still needs a final coat of clear and wet sanding/buffing. Hope to get this done this week, but getting 18-24" of snow tonight so I might be plowing for a day or so. Have to see how it goes.

I milled the box down so it would fit the frame without any adapters, spacers etc. The 67 frames don't have the notch to clear the 68-up power steering boxes.

Re: 67 cst

Awesome build! How was the undercoating removed from the cab?

I'm returning home to New Mexico (and my trucks) from Cambridge this July after two years in Mass. I'd be tempted to take your old bed with me if it's available then. We take rust free rides for granted in NM! BTW - My brother has a NM original 66 tripower 4 spd GTO with under 50K miles, all # matching.

Re: 67 cst

Thanks for the compliment! I mounted the cab on a rotisserie and then had it media blasted. That way the bllaster could get to all the area's easily. If you want to come and look at the bed let me know. It can stay in my storage unit until you leave if that helps. J
