accelerator rod to edelbrock carb ?
How do you hook up the accelerator rod to the edelbrock carb? Do I have to instal the bracket from the other carb? Does anyone have any pix

I drilled out the hole on the carb, no problem since
I might have a pic somewhere. ------------------ '69 G.M.C. 350/350. I used a linkage connector from holley..its aboout 5/8" round with a threaded hole and a tappered shaft to fit in the carb..the tappered part has a hole though it for a cotter pin...I think it was about 10 bucks

wait...a kickdown cable, or a '71/'72 cable throttle...either way, i don't have a pic. The kickdown should be where my throttle return spring is hooked,a nd oneday, it will be.

Yup that helps....Ive got mine almost like that...cant believe I didnt use the intake manifold bolt to hold the spring holder thingy..I used the thermostat housing bolt. I spent a weekend trying to put the spring in the rear...with no luck..Thanks

It does look better to the rear huh? I been trying to figure how to run it this way when the kickdown goes on.
