My 68 stepside build
well to start off i bought this on ebay for 830 bucks. Title says its a 69 but I think it is mistitled. yes the vin matches the title. it has a hand operated ebrake and grille is a 68. anyway here it is as i bought it for 830. pics are straight from the ebay auction.

Great looking build, good luck with it! And it looks like money well spent...
What are your plans for it?

Re: My 68 stepside build
well latest progress is I gutted the bed rails and trashed em they was just too far gone with cancer when repop are like 100 bucks a set. Also started to pull the drive trail to clean up the bay and paint. Also ditched the exhaust manifold with the crack on the ear and getting the flowtech part#11510 headers from jegs.

I removed motor and honed it and re-ringed the pistons. Also replaced every gasket from oil pan to carb and rebuilt the monojet 1 barrell. I have never removed the cab but need to change the cab mounts so I will be in the future.
