Question 2Ques: pic of wind reg & mirror wiring question

This sight is great and you all have helped me a lot with my installs and repairs. Just wanted to say that.

Q1: I need a pic or diagram of how the REAR power window regulator in a Suburban (only) mounts in the door. The Chevy Service Manual pic is no good.

Q2: I have manual mirrors and want to install power (yes I have asked a similar question before but I am updating it). I have a body cross harness with PW and PL. I also have a mirror harness (from a Yukon) that plugs in to the door switch and has leads to a mirror and a blue plug end that leads under the dash. It does not fit into the convenience center, but does match the blue end on the sunvisor/auto rearview mirror harness. However, if they plug into each other, where does the power source come from? How do these items plug into the convenience center?
