Need Help identifying tow hook

I thought I would ask all of you tow hook guru's... What year and which side is this tow hook to?? ... the casting number appears to be #3663349-50...

'Pears to me to be the '67 - '68 style GM tow hook. Has a much more pronounced curve than the '69 - '72 styles of which there are two styles that I know of. One style has a more gentle curve and point in opposite directions. If you do a search for "tow hook" there have been some real good pictures from a couple members which show all three styles. The '72 only hook has a really pronounced curve which when mounted with the hook opening to the rear of the bumper points both hooks to the passenger or right side of the truck. Other members with more knowledge I'm sure can help if you have any other questions? Do you have just the one hook? I found my '69 - '72 style at a swap meet couple years ago for a $20 bill. One of the best scores I've ever made at a swap meet.
