i think they make a couple difforent variations of them, they make a 64cc 2.02 one i think, this will prolly add 25hp-35hp over a good running stock motor, you might wanna consider a intake and cam to match your new head choice

If the motor is stock I think that the intake CC is way to much unless you add a cam, carb, headers, and a good intake.
On a true stock engine I think that a 170-180 cc intake runner woud work better to keep the low end. If you give me some specks on your engine I can run it through my desktop dyno maby help out on the head selection. But for what your saying as it is stock I would rather get the S/R torquer heads with the 2.02/1.60 valves if your wanting to stay with the world products brand. Also the edelbrock performer series is a good head for a near stock motor plus it will save you about 40 lbs of weight using those aluminum heads over the older iron style. But like I said give me some specks and I will run it through the desk top dyno and see what makes the most useable power for you.

I agree that the 200cc is to much for a stock engine. Probably even a mild engine. You will lose a lot of torque.

I agree. S/Rs would be better. I've often wondered about alum. heads though. Can they go through 250,000 miles (2-3 rebuilds) w/o cracking?

I use them. Its not exactly a stock motor but its a fairly mild build ie under half an inch of lift and ~230 degrees duration cam and an air gap intake and 10:1 compression. I have more low end torque than I can use even with this rather heavy truck and towing stuff is childs play. I dont think 200 cc intakes are excessive for a mild or stock build although you really need a mild performance cam and a decent intake to take full advantage of the flow characteristics of the sportsman heads. I dont think 220 CC heads are too big either with the right cam and intake. I cut my teeth on 351 cleveland fords though . Have you ever seen 4V cleveland intake ports? More like hipo big block chevy than small block chevy so these little 200 cc small block chevy ports dont seem very imposing to this guy.
Aluminum heads draw heat away from the combustion chamber that could be better used doing things like making horsepower and they crack and strip threads like crazy. Other than that theyr'e great.
