How do I put the fittings on SS Braided line? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I went to Summit yesterday, and got my fuel cell, and the corresponding SS Braided Line, and fittings...my only question, is how the heck do I put the hose ends on the line?

Very carfully - j/k. Actually it is a pain in the ass. Try and cut of the end very cleanly then grind the end down just a little on the edges. It is a pain but works great. Don't put alot of stress on the fittings. The aluminum easily strips.
