HOw do I find parts on ebay?

How do I find the specific parts for 67-72 without looking through hours in the parts section. It always seems like I only find a few parts when I look for 67-72 parts. Is there a section I'm missing? Thanks David

(1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72) (chevy, chevrolet, GMC) (jimmy, truck, pickup, pick, blazer)

Try entering that, it may help.

If you are looking for a specific part add it to the end.

well unfortunently ebay doesn't give each make and model it's own section. this is mostly because it would take 10's of thousands of pages to do it and it's not cost effective.
anyway a simple search such as 67-72 will get you a more defined list of auctions.

other things i have used are:

67-72 chevy
67-72 chevrolet
try searching by year but make sure you include the words truck, chevy or gmc in your search
chevy truck
search parts by name i.e. "67-72 steering colum"

hope this helps a little bit.

I go to the eBay Motors front page, then search for 67-72 chevy or 67-72 chevy truck or just 67-72 truck. The latter will usually bring up the same year F***s, but not many. I always seem to get about 200 - 250 returns.

This is the search I use. Also try turning off and on the box for "Search title and description"

(67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972) +(gm, chevy, chevrolet) +(truck, pickup, pu, p/u, blazer, c10) -camaro -firebird -malibu -chevelle -eaton -tahoe -dodge -jeep -ck -c/k -yukon -denali -buick -cavalier -silverado -"DUB CITY" -jada -poster -brochure -corvette -matchbox

Good luck

These guys all have the right idea. I will go to the specific catagory of the part i am looking for in just try combos of 67, chevy, truck and see what it comes up with. The problem i find with ebay is that it seperates "classic" and "cars and trucks" and while you would think that everything for our trucks should be in the "classic" section more times than not they are listed under the other category.

That's why I search from the front page, then it looks in all of the catagories.

Click on the above link. On average, it usually brings up about 800 listings to browse through. I've been using it for years.
