If you weren't so far away, I'd have you covered. I have a nice running 305HO w/ many new parts & I'm just looking for an excuse to pull it.

Suprised

I'm surprised noone has one...I guess there isn't too much representation up here in the NorthEast.

how about out of a car? sitting in your garage taking up space...a 305 - they should be all over the place? wonder why I can't find one though??? cause they are getting harder to find...but it must be good...no Knockers (not in my motor at least )

No Texas, No PA

Sorry Guys...thanks for the offers though
I'll put the 250 6 Cylinder in it before I drive that far to get a motor, or i'll order a GM 350 Crate I would think that there would be a ton of 305's around - I just don't want to spend that kind of $ right now as I have too much tied up into patch panels and suspension and stuff.

My buddy wants me to put a 33k original milage 318Mopar motor/trans in the '69....I hate to do that, make mounts and stuff and then it has no resale value whatesoever....

so if anyone in the North east is looking for a good 1980 318Mopar with 3 speed trans (i assume it is a 727) $150 - must be picked up .... delivery within 75 miles for $50

if you change your mind or find a way you can have it real cheap....it's either gonna sit in storage or get sent to scrap if noone wants it.
