More leaks, Need advice

I had some minor leakage coming into the cab and got my new carpet and underliner nice and wet on both sides... After investigating I saw water coming in around the antenna hole area and along the floorpan/kickpanel seam on both sides. I pulled the cowl off and saw PO had siliconed so I removed, cleaned, found some minor rust on pass side and a couple of small holes. I used Sikaflex 221 and put a grommet on the antenna cable to boot. Let cure and now rain has started and I have more leaks??? Seem these are repaired but now I have a drop (I can see it) about every five seconds coming from under the windshield area above the antenna hole. I can feel up in there (about 1" deep area) and there appears to be a metal seam. I have also sealed around the windshield gasket with a 3M product. Could this possibly be coming down from the drip rail? I need to replace the drip rail seal as it all cracked.

In addition, on each lower corner on the windshield I see an area about 1" wide that is where the water comes down from under the gasket. There is small formed piece of metal that rins across the cowl area from this point. Should I seal the open area or let it "breath"

I also have a nice drip coming down on the e-brake assembly on driver's side but can't tell from where.

Rains more here than Germany...

UPDATE!!!

I could not stand it so I went in the pouring rain and cold with a flashlight. Easier to see up in there at night. Water is coming in around the seams I mentioned that are at the base of the winshield corners. Guess I will have to pull the glass to get up in there and seal.
