Power windows
What kits have you guys used? Do you like the kit? Was it easy direct bolt on?

I used these, takes two sets of hands to install, but they work great!
http://www.haneline.com/el-lifeapps.html It is tough drilling holes in the door jambs to route the wires, but worth the effort in my opinion.  good luck with your project,Bill

tid-bit; late 80's to early 90's Caravan assemlies come with the track & motor all in one convient piece. the part where the window attaches to it all moves in a straight vertical line. if & when I get the chance I am using the ones I scavanged from our old shop van are going in my doors. very easy to wire up to boot.

I would be intrested to see the finished product there also 68C15.
Also how about replacing the manual regulator with an electric motor form a mid 90's model GM car.Some of those have just a gear connected to the motor like the manual crank.Anyone tried this one yet? One like this one

I havent had a chance to yet. hopefully 71swb4x4 will let me try this & my latch modification idea on one of his spare doors. the 2 spares I have dont contain glass or latch. (hint-hint Shawn) if it works out ok I was thinking of putting something in FAQ.

I got mine from A1Electric and am more then pleased with them. It was a streight bolt in. I used the chrome switches and just had to trim the holes in the metal door panels to make them fit, Thats all.

I need to get some power windows ordered and it seems like everyone has had a good experience with A1 electric so can someone tell me which kit i would need for a 67 with vent window set up?
