Loose Tie Rod
Everything is tight but I can still move it back and forth, Bushings?

tie rod arn't ment to be solid they willl alway have movment. i hope you meaning you can grip the tie rod and make it move toward the front of the car and toward the back fo the car wiht just a simple wrist movement.

Yes, I'm guessing that's normal. I'm still getting a clunk when I turn corners and a huge bam! when I hit pot holes. I just put new shocks in.

I would be looking at upper and lower control arm bushings for the source of the noise.... best way to check is to be looking at the control arms from underneath while someone bounces the front of the truck up and down....

if the front springs aren't indexed properly into the lower spring pockets you'll get some noises there..... only other things to look for would be worn idler arm. ball joints, motor mounts.....
sometimes you just gotta wait til it gets worse to find the source

If the cushions under the radiator support are thin or just plain gone. The radiator support might be hitting the frame.
