Rear Drum Brake size needed

What size rear drum brakes do I have on my 85 chevy c10?

Im trying to buy a hardware kit and I need to know.

11" X 2"
11-5/32" x 2-3/4"

Which brake code is in the glove box? There will be one that is JB3 or JB5... Otherwise you could always measure.

Depending on how your truck was optioned it could be either...

just pull your drum off and measure the width of the brake shoe. it will either be 2" wide or 2-3/4" wide. i think most 1/2 ton 80's trucks have the 11x2

I feel stupid because I could have done this saturday while I was rotating the tires but I didnt think of it until today
I didnt think there would be a variation and I wanted to order my parts so I can have everything ready when I do the work without having to go back to the autoparts store.

J50 is the code for power brakes. Based on it NOT saying J55 or JB5, you most likely have the smaller 11x2" brakes. When you're working on the fronts, you'll have the 1" rotors rather than 1.25"
