oil pan leak

It appears I have a small leak in the front corner bolt on the oil pan.
It was a little loose I snuged it up. It looks like it is comeing out of the bolt not the gasket could it be migrating up and out of the bolt? If so can i remove the one bolt rtv it and replace it? It will not leak out when I remove the bolt will it?

Thanks

No, the oil is lower than the bolt, so no oil will leak out. Giv eit a shot, be careful not to get alot of RTV in the bolt hole or you may have problems when reinserting it. (hydraulically cracking the block for example)
