What size tires for 85 k20???
I have an opportunity to buy a 1985 Chevy 3/4 ton 4X4. It is in good shape, but needs tires... what size can I put on it? Keep in mind it is stock height, and I do not want to lift it at all. I would like to have something tall and narrow. Thanks for any help.

I've got 32x7-16 on my 3/4 ton 2wd. You can very likely fit a 33x7-16 on the 4x4 without any rubbing issues

My 79 K10 had 33 x 12.50s on it when i got it, and it didnt show any evidence of rubbing. your 3/4 ton should sit a little higher, so you should have less problems.

I got 33x12.5" tires on 15x8s and no rubbing issues yet. I have 1-ton springs in the front though, I think 3/4 tons have 2 leafers? I got 3 leafers in the front and the front sits nearly level with the back (after I mount the 110 lb Wanr 8274 that will be fixed haha)

All the 1/2 ton sets i'v seen after 81 have 2 leaf. I have seen pre 81 sets that are 3 leaf, but these suckers are stiff and beefy, causes the truck to sit level which I like.
