Correct radio for our trucks?

My truck has a later radio in it and I don't know of a truck around me right now that has the correct radio in it to look at.
Is the pic attached (I hope) the correct am/fm for our trucks? Thanks!

I agree on the 73 and newer. I believe this is correct for our trucks. However, hard to find and not cheap.

hey all I have found a factory unit what is it worth. that and a scrap yard has 1 or 2 of the 73 and up models

I picked up an original AM radio at an auto flea market for $20. It looked rusty but a little bit of steel wool made it nice'n shinny again. Good luck with your search.
