Custom Interior Door & Window Handles

Anybody know good places or ideas to get custom interior door handles. I have a 72 chevy and a 72 GMC and would like something different than the factory window and door handles.

funny story, those are the actual ones that I have, but I'm trouble with them staying on. Thanks for the link though, that is the same vein that I'm looking for.

I don't have any pics but I found a beautiful set of handles and cranks in a '64 Corvair and put them in my truck. This style has a real nice look to them and was also used on the full size Chevy's of 62-64 or so.

May be a stupid question, but do corvair, or any old chevy model vehicle door handles all fit the same?

I bought these doors like this but they just reworked a 72 door panel and covered it.
