Cool Wireing problems?

I have a 1987 3/4 ton 4x4 that with an automatic transmission and a fuel injected engine. Before I bought it the motor tranny and transfer case were removed. So I took the 4spd and np205 transfer case out of my old 77 chevy and put a crate engine in it. Also it is no longer fuel injected. now I cannot get the wireing to hook up properly. Can anyone give me some advice Thanks Walker4rc
