I'm using an overflow from a first generation dodge mini van. Tucked it in between the battery & the fender the hose goes behind the battery and you can't hardly tell it's there. cost me $2 at the wrecker. might not be "correct" but it works. An overflow from an astro van would likely work too, tall and skinny but there wasn't one as easy to get as the dodge one I picked up.

What is this style worth...very close to original 72 type..except that it has a top hose that lets excess escape instead.

$35 plus actual shipping...no handling or transportation charges.

I have made a quick temp. one from an old anti-freeze jug. Secure the jug, drill a hole in the cap to accept overflow hose, insert hose. A simple no cost method so you can fire up the old truck until you buy one.

Typically they mount as in this pic.

This one shows an original.
The metal bracket is screwed to the rad cradle in 4 places. The bracket I have with the tank I have is original.

If you are on a budget, Neonlarry posted his last month and it was from a 80's G body car. If you are looking for new I would go with PICKMUP's setup because it looks factory.

Heres a pic of a NOS 1972 one....that's what there suppose to look like.
What I'm selling is as close as it gets if you want an overflow tube as well.

Hey Rod when I was in the boneyard last week I saw one just like one you posted. It was on a '71 C50 , and was mounted on the firewall. Heck if that's a factory unit I'm going to pull it for my cheyenne. Thanks for the info.
