I wouldn't worry about a regular 700r4 behind his 355, its not putting out enough power to kill one, but a 700r4 would be way nicer than that th350, I couldn't stand to turn 3500rpm while cruising, but I bet it moves. 3500 rpm is what my VW with 3.94 gears and a 5 speed tranny turns at 75mph.
