There were a few different issues of that tow rig.One(probably the latest was"Boomer`s wrecker from The Dukes of Hazzard.

I think you mean Cooter. I saw that truck in the episode deputy dukes. It looks like a 3/4 ton 69 or 70 Chevy long fleetside.
