door window removal

Well, I bought a door from the junkyard. no dents, no rust holes, just a few holes where the PO screwed on a hasp lock ( ) and a different set of mirrors. Problem is, the window is broken out. I've gotten the vent window unscrewed, but I can't figure out how to get it out. Also, how is the window itself connected to the mechanism, how do you remove it, and how do you put a full window in?
