Engine ID help

I have looked everywhere I can on the interent and in my books, but can't find this engine block id #. It is 14814379 as best I can tell. The 3rd digit (possibly 8) is pretty much a blob of casting material, the others are fairly clear. When I bought the truck I was told it was a 350 crate engine purchased about 5 years ago now. Any ideas.......Thanks, Greg

I looked up in three sources and came up with the same thing as Randy.

Can you read the suffix code on the block pad in front of the right side head?

That may help.

As they said you will need the suffix code on the right front ledge of the block it is even with the block deck in front of the head.
