Heater not heating
Finally got the fan working for the A/C and it is getting cold. Now the heater is not heating. I hope there is a simple fix that I just don't know about.

Are the hoses hot to and from the core? Check also the blend door under the dash to make sure the cable is opening and closing it

Heater control valve on inner fender controls water flow to heater core. Vacuum hose could be off under dash or at valve or at vacuum ball on AC box. Check hose to valve from engine to see if it is warm then on other side of valve(if cold valve could be bad or not recieving vacuum signal.

Mine is set-up a little different. It appears that all of the vacuum hoses are in place.

Mine is a big Block and the intake manifold has a tap on the front for the heater. This goes to the valve then to the bootom of the heater core 5/8th hose. From the top of the heater core 3/4 hose it goes to the radiator.
It looks like your valve is in backwards. This might be causing the water not to flow.

for the time being just take that valve right out and connect the hose directly, see if that works, if not your heater core could also be plugged
