Wood hauling
My son and I cut and hauled wood this morning with the 69 K-10, she is a little rusty, but still a great beater around the farm!

71-Just went out across the 40 behind my house...less than a mile
Ken- would have put more on, but it kept falling off; really it wasn't as squatted as it looks...my driveway just runs up hill quite a bit My son originally started this post and it looks like it should have been started on the message board instead of the parts board...if one of the moderators wants to move it, that would be great. Thanks, Gord |

We always used 4 foot sections and stuck them up at the sides to be able to stack the wood higher. Wish I had some pics of the old 69 short step with cattlebars loaded with firewood even with the cab. Headlights would be shining in the treetops and couldn't get it out of 2nd gear. Those were the days.

I always like doing that job with a 50 vintage chev with the granny low and a 6 cyl.
Don't remember too many places I couldn't go with or without a load....
