Factory 327 questions.
I just ran across a 66 327 (YR code with powerglide). It is complete but the heads have been changed. I know there were not too many of these engines put in 1/2 ton trucks. I am looking for any information I can find about them such as correct color, heads, production numbers, etc... Thanks for any help.

I just rebuilt my 66 327 that was in my 3/4 ton. It was all original from 1966 when my grandfather purchased it. When I pulled it out and started working on it I could still see some blue green paint in places. Dont know much else about them though.
