Ignition controlled, unfused?

Where do I find this slot on my fuse box? I am adding a second fuse box onto my truck for the EFI stuff, but need to have it set up so the second box is only energized when the truck is in the on postion / crank position.

Also, How does a guy figure out which is the switched side of the safety neutral switch? Just unplug it and put a meter between each side and ground and see which side has 12 volts?

Last but not least, do they make a fastburn fuse for the pictured size of fuse? I haven't wired the fuse box in yet, becuase I had the thought today that these things may not blow fast enough... It came from an early 90's Buick, and it had fuses for the ECM etc in it, so I'd assume so?
