I got some a few years ago at Pep Boys. Don't know if they still carry it.

I used up the rattle can. I think it was Plasti-Kote. I have also seen the orange at Lowes (used for safety paint). I have a small jar of Plasti-Kote the color is Orange Glow B27. I brushed it on my dash needles and it worked great. It could be sprayed with an airbrush you can't find the aerosol. Hobby and craft stores also carry it.

Hey Skokie, I got more info....Here's a link:

http://www.plastikote.com/plastikote...oduct=OddSpray

Theres a button on there to enter your zipcode and find a retailer. The paint is called Odds and Ends Orange Glow B27 and comes in a spray can or jar.

I use the stuff when repainting guage needles.

Wal-Mart, in the model section, they sell small aerosol cans of glow orange paint. Testor's brand is the most common.

i dont know how bigga job you are doing, but you can buy the tall cans of marking paint in about any large department store(k-mart,walmart,meijers) near the hardware in the paint section. All fluorescent colors. I used to buy this stuff to paint on door numbers. The trick is to paint it white first, and then you will need sunglasses to look at it.

You'll laugh, I used high heat ceramic engine paint. The ceramic gives it a nice, candy-ish plastic-y finish, it's very bright, and does the job well. Chevrolet orange, I dont' remember who made it, but I bought it at wal-mart.

used it to paint needles on a motorcycle gauge cluster, and held up to fading surprisingly well.
