How much can I use from an '88 van?

I own a towing company and end up owning (i.e. getting stuck with) all kinds of vehicles. I gave my brother a '65 Chevy pickup that is pretty solid and straight, but the tranny is slipping. I was waiting to come up with a vehicle with a compatible tranny and recently got an '88 van with a bad motor. So I gave him the van for the tranny, but he's also interested in the front disc brakes and the power steering and tilt column. Are the FDB and PS setups on this van compatible to swap into the '65? If they are, what's involved in utilizing each of these? Thanks.

What motor does the truck have? What tranny does the van have? I'm not sure about the brakes, powersteering setup. Most guys I've heard have used setups off of newer pickups, but not sure about that new & van. I'm sure someone will be able to help you, this board rocks!
